For us at Th. Brunius, sustainability is a perspective of business and a promise to contribute to a more sustainable paper and board industry, and thereby leave the company and world in a better shape to the coming generations.
To contribute to a Sustainable development, we aim to use our sphere of influence to contribute to a more sustainable industry from an Environment, Social and Economic dimension.
Based on our business model and sphere of influence, we have chosen to focus on the Sustainable Development Goals where we can have in impact:
- SDG 12. Responsible consumption and production by e.g., providing biomass-based packaging material to the society and contribute to increased recyclability in the packaging industry
- SGD 15. Life on land by e.g. By apply responsible sourcing of biomass contributing to protect biodiversity and enhance sustainable forestry
